Description

Netherby and the adjoining cottage are a pair of cottages, likely dating from the 16th century, with later alterations. They are timber framed and plastered, topped with a red pantiled roof. The cottages feature two gabled dormers with bargeboards. There is a central red brick chimney stack attached, along with external red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides. The buildings are one storey with attics and have a window arrangement of 1:2:1, consisting of 20th-century small paned casements. To the left, there is a half-glazed door, and to the right, a vertically boarded door.
