Description
Green View is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped by a red plain tiled roof featuring two gabled dormers. The building has red brick chimney stacks located off centre on the left and at the rear right. It is one storey high with attics and includes two three-light casement windows and one small-paned horizontal sliding sash window. There are two gabled porches, one off centre to the left and one on the right, both with timber supports. The entrance features a two-panelled door with two lights. Inside, there are chamfered bridging joists, through bracing to the walls, and a covered Inglenook fireplace.
