The building is timber-framed and plastered, featuring a painted brick plinth and tall red brick end stacks, topped with a thatched roof. It has one storey and an attic, with two plain tiled gabled dormer windows on the south elevation. On the ground floor, there are two 20th-century four-light shop windows flanking a half-glazed shop door, with a two-light window to the left.
