Description

Little Place is a cottage that was formerly two cottages, dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and rendered exterior, topped with 20th-century pantiled roofs. The building features a ridge stack on the right side and another stack positioned before the ridge on the left side. It has one storey and an attic, with two roof levels, and retains an original two-unit lobby entry plan for each section. The main entrance is located in a closed porch on the left side, which includes a glazed door. The cottage has three horizontal sliding sash windows and three sloping dormer windows fitted with casements.
