Description

Grove House is a late 17th-century cottage with 20th-century renovations. It is timber-framed with a roughcast rendered exterior. The roof is tiled, with two levels and hipped to the right-hand return. The building has an L-shaped plan and one storey with an attic. A 20th-century boarded door is located in a lobby entry position. There are two ground-floor windows, and two gabled casement dormer windows. A red brick ridge stack is present, with an additional flue on the left side.
