Description

Mill Brook is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber-framed and plastered construction with pantile roofs. The building has a gable end stack on the left side and a ridge stack. It stands two storeys high and has a two-unit lobby entry plan, with a slightly lower range on the left side. The main entrance is through a 20th-century closed lean-to porch. There are two horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor and one horizontal sliding sash window on the first floor, which has a moulded sill that may have originally been part of an oriel window.
