Description

This barn, located approximately 20 metres to the south-west of Springhill Farmhouse, dates back to 1650 and is associated with William Fermedoe. It features a timber frame and is weatherboarded, resting on a high brick plinth with some areas of brick nogging. The roof is thatched and constructed with double purlins. The barn consists of five bays, includes cross entries, and has a thrashing floor, along with double boarded doors.
