Description
Ellerslie Stud Farmhouse is an early 17th-century farmhouse that features a timber-framed and plastered structure with plain tile roofs and weatherboarded gables. It has two large red brick stacks with octagonal shafts. The building is two storeys tall with an attic and includes a jettied cross wing on the north-east side. The hall range has a modern porch at the angle and is adorned with three first-floor and two ground-floor mullioned and transomed casement windows that have leaded lights. The cross wing features two-storey bay windows with side lights, supported by carved brackets at the jetties and drop finials from the eaves.
