Description

No 64 on West End is a 16th-century house constructed with a timber frame and plaster, featuring later alterations. It has two storeys, with the upper storey displaying exposed timber-framing that was originally jettied. The ground storey has been extended in brick. On the northwest front, the upper storey still slightly projects and shows exposed joists. The windows are 20th-century casements. The roof is tiled and includes a heavy brick chimney stack at the rear. No 64 is part of a group with No 45 on Hills Lane.
