Description

16 Hills Lane is a building that was originally two 18th century brick cottages, now converted into a single tenement. It has a T-shaped plan and consists of one storey with attics. The front features a four-window range with 20th century casements that have loaded lights. There is a two-panel door set within a simple doorcase, which includes plain pilasters and a cornice. The roof is mansard and covered with old Cambridgeshire tiles, while an extension at the north end has a pantile roof.
