Description

No. 13 Cherry Orton Road is a building that likely dates from the 17th or 18th century. Originally a range of cottages, it has now been converted into a single house. The structure is made of coursed stone rubble and features a thatched roof with gabled ends. It is one storey high with an attic, which includes two dormers at the eaves; one dormer is gabled while the other has a cambered head. The ground floor has five modern windows, one of which replaces a blocked doorway, and there is a modern door to the left. The building has concrete lintels and brick stacks at both the ends and the central ridge.
