Description

No. 12 Allotment Lane is a 17th or 18th century cottage constructed from coursed stone rubble. It features a thatched roof with gabled ends and has been fitted with rebuilt brick stacks. The cottage is one storey high with attics, and it includes two dormers. On the ground floor, there are two windows that have chamfered wooden lintels and 2-light casements with glazing bars, along with one small window to the right. The central doorway is plain and has a plank door.
