Description

No. 46 is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and brick, topped with a thatched roof. The cottage features a moulded stone ridge stack with a 20th-century brick shaft and a brick stack at the left end. It is one storey high with an attic and has a two-window range. To the right, there is a 20th-century door. The ground floor includes two three-light casement windows flanking a single-light casement, all with wooden lintels. There are also two three-light eyebrow dormers and a lean-to on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
