Description

No. 12 is a house located in Warkton, dating from the early to mid-19th century and consisting of two builds. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a hipped roof made of Collyweston stone slate, along with stone stacks at the rear and ends. The house has two storeys and three bays, with the third bay being an addition. A 20th-century door is situated between the first and second bays. The ground floor is fitted with three-light small-paned casement windows, while the first floor has two-light small-paned casement windows, all featuring coursed stone heads. There is a small one-storey addition to the right, which has a slate roof. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
