Description
The Mullions is a 17th to 18th century house located on Cherry Orton Road in Orton Waterville. It is constructed from coursed stone rubble with freestone dressings and features a thatched roof with stone coping at the gable ends. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with four-light ovolo moulded stone mullion windows, and a two-light window in the centre on the first floor, all equipped with drip moulds. The central entrance is a plank door with a wooden lintel. There are brick stacks at the ends of the building. A single-storey addition at the north end has a half-hipped thatched roof, a modern shop window, and a modern glazed door. Inside, there is a fireplace with a moulded architrave and cornice.
