Description

Nos 11 and 13 on Park Street West are a pair of houses built around 1860. They are constructed from Luton grey brick with red brick detailing and feature a Welsh slate roof. The buildings rise to three storeys and have three sash windows with glazing bars and gauged brick heads on the first and second floors. On the ground floor, there are two outer sash windows, a central carriage entrance with an elliptical arch, and two six-panelled doors topped with fanlights. The entrance is flanked by pilasters and has an entablature and cornice above.
