Description
85 and 87 Belle Vue Road are a pair of houses built around 1830. They are constructed of brick and feature a hipped Welsh slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have a four-window range, with each house designed as a single-unit, double-pile plan. Central doorways lead to panelled doors that have overlights, all set within simple architraves. Each doorway is flanked by 16-pane sash windows that have flat-arched painted heads. The upper floors also feature similar windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads. There are axial stacks on the roofs. Each house has lower wings that are recessed on either side, which contain two-light casement windows with small panes on each floor.
