Description

9 and 10 St Julian's Friars are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a low pitched Welsh slate roof. The buildings stand three storeys high and have a six-window range with entrances on the outer sides. The doors are topped with overlights and are framed by moulded architraves, with small hoods supported by console brackets. The windows are 12-pane sash style, each with flat-arched stuccoed heads that include voussoirs. A central stack is present on the roof.
