The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with the central bay slightly projecting and highlighted by full-height pilasters. The central entrance porch has paired Doric columns that support an architrave with a triglyph frieze. To the left of the porch, there is an inserted shop front, while to the right, there is a 12-pane sash window. Above, there are 9-pane sash windows. The rear elevation includes a central door flanked by fluted Doric columns and shallow segmental bay windows on each side, with 9-pane sash windows above. The house also features a cornice and gable end stacks.
