PARK STREET WEST 1. 5123 Nos 21 and 23 TL 0921 2/44 II GV

  1. Pair of houses dated c 1860. Luton grey brick with red brick dressings and Welsh slate roofs. No 21 is two storeys. Two first floor sash windows with marginal glazing bars and gauged brick heads. Single ground floor sash window. Door in panelled reveals in surround of pilasters, entablature and cornice. No 23 is three storey. First and second floors have two sash windows, their heads now rendered over. The ground floor has one window and 4 panel door in panelled reveals with surround of pilasters and entablature. Cornice is now missing.
