Description
Nos 21 and 23 Park Street West are a pair of houses dating from around 1860. They are built from Luton grey brick with red brick dressings and have Welsh slate roofs. No 21 is two storeys high and features two first floor sash windows with marginal glazing bars and gauged brick heads, along with a single ground floor sash window. The door is set in panelled reveals and is framed by pilasters, an entablature, and a cornice. No 23 is three storeys tall, with two sash windows on both the first and second floors, although the heads of these windows are now rendered over. The ground floor has one window and a four-panel door in panelled reveals, also surrounded by pilasters and an entablature, but the cornice is now missing.
