Description
Nos 13 and 15 on King Street are a pair of houses dating from the early 19th century. They are built of squared rubblestone and feature a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, topped by an ashlar chimney stack. The buildings are three stories high and have two windows across the front. The doors on either side are glass panelled, with No 13 boasting a wrought iron round-arched porch. The windows on the ground and first floors are 12-pane sashes set in plain stone cases, while the second floor has three additional sash windows. The left side of the building is constructed of brick with ashlar quoins and includes a two-light cyma-mullioned window on the second floor. At the rear, there is a three-story extension made of ashlar, which also features sash windows.
