Description
This is an 18th-century house located on the north side of Clophill High Street. It is built with a timber frame and has a colourwashed roughcast exterior over the timber. The roof is thatched, and the house has a two-room plan with attic space. The ground floor has three casement windows: two are of two lights each, and one is a single light. Two gabled dormers with two-light casement windows are located in the attic. A central, 20th-century thatched porch has been added. A red brick double ridge stack is present.
