Description
This granary, dating from the late 18th century, features the date "1771" incised in the brickwork. It is constructed of red brick with flared headers and has a clay tile roof. The building is a rectangular block topped with a gabled roof. There are plank doors located at both gable ends, positioned halfway up the wall and breaking through a brick band at eaves level. Both doors have cambered heads, although the eastern door has been reduced in size due to the insertion of garage doors in the 20th century. The road-facing elevation showcases a brick dentil eaves cornice. This granary is included for its group value with the adjacent property, number 19.
