Description

No. 12 Sun Street is a house from the 18th century, likely incorporating an earlier structure. It is built of red brick and topped with a clay tile roof. The building features a three-window range across two storeys and attics. Both the ground and first floors have sash windows, with the frames almost flush to the wall. The ground floor windows are adorned with gauged brick flat arches. In the attic, there are two box dormers that contain two-light horizontal sashes. The central entrance has a six-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight. A brick band runs along the first floor level, and there is a brick dentil eaves cornice.
