Description

No. 6 Sun Street is a house dating from the 18th century. It has a timber frame, with some parts apparently rebuilt in brick, and is finished with colourwashed roughcast render. The roof is covered with clay tiles. The building is two storeys high, with attics, and it faces the road. There is a two-storey wing that projects from the rear. On the ground floor, there is one four-light window and one two-light window, while the first floor features two two-light windows, all of which are casements. The attic includes a box dormer with a two-light casement. The entrance is through an off-centre plank door, and there is a yellow brick integral stack on the left-hand gable.
