Description
No. 13 George Street is a house from the late 18th century, constructed of red brick with a 20th-century hipped tile roof on the right side. The building has two storeys and attics, following a double-pile plan that likely originated as an L-plan. Each floor features two sash windows with glazing bars; the ground floor windows are set under segmental heads, while the first floor includes a central blind window. In the attic, there are two box dormers, each containing a two-light casement with glazing bars. The central doorway is adorned with a flush panel door, a moulded architrave, a pulvinated frieze, and a moulded triangular pediment. A projecting brick stack is located on the left-hand gable.
