Description
This building, located to the north-west of Dean House Farm, is likely a former mill that has been converted into a farmbuilding. It dates from the mid to late 19th century and is constructed of red brick with slate roofs. The structure consists of a three-storey block alongside a one-storey block to the north. All floors feature two-light casements set beneath cambered heads. The ground and first floors have central doorways with timber lintels, and the ground floor doorway is topped with a bracketed wooden hood. The north block includes one single entrance and one double entrance, both also under cambered heads. There is no remaining machinery in the building. It is listed for its group value with the farmhouse to the south and the barn to the northeast.
