Description

The building is a watermill and mill house, located 40 meters north of Mill Farmhouse, and dates from the early 19th century, with wings added to the east and west gable ends in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a plain-tiled roof with two ridge stacks. The mill is two storeys high with a loft and retains its sack hoist machinery. The openings on the first and ground floors are topped with segmental arches. A wheel-house is attached to the west side of the mill.

The mill house, added to the east, is also made of red brick in Flemish bond with a plain-tiled roof and has a ridge stack. It is two storeys tall with an attic, featuring one hipped dormer on the front. On the first floor, there are two three-light windows set in segmental arches. At ground level, there is one similar window and two doorways, one of which is blocked. The east gable has a casement window under a segmental arch on each storey.

Inside the mill, two pairs of stones have been removed, but there is an iron wallower and an undershot waterwheel.
