Description
This building, located about 25 metres north of The Malt House, is likely a former barn that has been converted into garages. It dates from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the mid-19th century and late 20th century.
The structure features a timber frame with painted brick infill, brick additions, and a tiled roof. It consists of three framed bays that run north to south, with an additional brick bay added to the north.
On the west front, the building appears blind, except for the right-hand bay which is one storey high and includes two windows: a two-light 20th-century casement window on the left and a top-hung 20th-century casement window on the right. There is an entrance between these windows, with access to the garage located at the rear (east) front. The framing consists of three rectangular panels that are high and feature straight angle braces.
