Description
The front garden walls, gate piers, and gates at Glenhurst, Wood Eaves and Pleasant Harbour date from the early 18th century, with some repairs undertaken in the late 19th century. The walls are constructed of brick with stone dressings, and feature wrought iron gates. They enclose the front gardens of the houses and are positioned along the southwest front. The walls are approximately two metres high and have a stone coping along the top. The gate piers are rusticated, with a moulded cornice and a shallow pyramidal cap. The wrought iron gates have opposed heads of dogs to the mid-rail.
