Probably two houses, now four. Early C17 with C18, mid-C19 and late C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick infill, partly replaced in painted brick, tile roof. Four framed bays, with a rear wing at the north and south ends; houses entered from passageways on the internal sides of the two outermost bays; chimney stacks to rear. Two storeys with attic lit by two gabled dormers; four windows: 3-light casements, except that to right of centre which is of four lights, two central ones are C20, others C19; ground floor: outer windows are sashes, that to left of ten panes, to right of 12 panes; window left of centre a 3-light C20 casement, to right of centre a C20 top hung casement; two entrances, that to left has a plain C18 wooden doorcase and a flat canopy on scroll brackets, with a C17 ledged door, to right a similar doorcase without a door. Framing: removed on ground floor, three square panels high with straight angle braces to first floor; gable truss has struts to collar. Interior: exposed ceiling beams chamfered with scroll stops.
