Description

This is an outbuilding located about 10 metres north of The Rectory, dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick and has a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high, featuring stone coped verges. On the upper floor, there are a pair of glazing bar sash windows set under a segmental arch. The ground floor has a 4-light casement window, also under a segmental arch, to the right. To the left-hand corner, there is an entrance with a 20th-century panelled door. An external stone staircase is located on the left (south-west) gable.
