Description
The Rectory is a late 18th-century building with early 19th-century and some mid-20th-century alterations. It is constructed of brick on a stone plinth and features a tile roof with stacks at the rear. The building has two storeys, with brick coped verges and a modillioned plaster cornice at the parapet. There are five windows, which are glazing bar sashes set under rubbed brick heads with stone sills. The central entrance is approached by five stone steps that are flanked by railings. The entrance features a stone doorcase with engaged Doric columns and a pediment, leading to a six flush panel door. To the right, there is a contemporary service wing, and to the left return front, there is an early 19th-century square bay.
