Description

These are two houses on High Street in Bewdley, dating from the late 18th century with alterations in the late 20th century. The houses are constructed of brick and have a tile roof, with stacks at the rear. They are three stories high and feature a dentilled brick cornice. Each house has two windows, with 2-light casements under segmental brick arches on the first floor and flat arches on the ground floor. There are also 2-light casements on the second floor. The ground floor windows are 2-light C20 casements. The entrance to the left house (number 35) has a wooden architrave with a segmental head and a 18th-century six-raised-and-fielded panel door. The entrance to the right house (number 36) features a wooden architrave, a flat head, and a 20th-century six-raised-and-fielded panel door.
