SP 0937 BROADWAY CP HIGH STREET (south side) 8/74 Pair of gate piers and attached wall on roadside north of No 23 (Croft Villa) GV II Gate piers and wall. Early to mid-C19. Limestone ashlar and rubble. Piers of square plan with chamfered edges. Each has an astragal below a moulded cap. Piers flanked by low rubble walls which rise to full height at outer ends. Included for group value.
