Description

SP 0937 BROADWAY CP HIGH STREET (south side) 8/73 No 23 (Croft Villa) GV II House. Early to mid-C19. Limestone ashlar with hipped Welsh slate roof. A symmetrical composition of two storeys and three bays with a storey band. Windows are sashed with glazing bars and have large projecting keystones. The doorway has plain reveals and a transom light. End chimneys.
