House now shop and offices. Late C18/ early C19 with later alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond. Welsh slate roof with moulded rendered eaves cornice and shared brick stack at left end. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 1st floor has 2 canted bay-windows with pitched slate roofs, horned 1/1:2/1:1/1 sashes, and rendered aprons. On 2nd floor, two 3/3 horned sashes flanking blocked window, all with painted channelled voussoirs, keystones and sills. Ground floor: corniced fascia board; shopfront has 2 plate glass bay-windows with circular corner mullions and rendered plinths flanking C20 doorway with overlight; to right, former entrance, now glazed, has fluted pilasters, panelled reveal, Y-traceried fanlight, and stone step. INTERIOR: not inspected HISTORICAL NOTE: formerly partly used as court house of the Manor of Pershore Old Land.
