Description
This is a late 18th-century house and shop, located on the west side of High Street, Pershore. The building is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with the ground floor rendered and painted. The roof is covered with modern concrete tiles, and features a shared end stack on the right-hand side. The exterior is three stories high and has a two-window frontage. The first floor has six-over-four sash windows with painted detailing including channelled voussoirs, keystones, and sills. The second floor contains similar three-over-three sash windows. The ground floor has a modern shopfront and a doorway providing access to an internal passage, which now accesses the upper floors. The interior has not been inspected.
