Farmhouse. Dated 1834 with mid-C20 alterations. Brick with stone dress- ings, plain tiled roofs and end brick stacks, corbelled out at eaves level and near apex, with moulded corners and pairs of diagonal brick shafts. Two storeys and attic; three bays with central gabled projecting porch wing; all doors and windows have hoodmoulds with returns; outer bays have 3-light wood mullion windows with transom on both floors; porch wing has a first floor cross-casement, a rectangular attic light and a C20 planked and battened door with rectangular lights in each side elevation; above the first floor window is a metal plaque dated 1834. Interior not inspected. At rear left and right are set-back gabled two-storey wings, the left wing having a large gable end external stack with four diagonal brick shafts.
