Description
The Watkins Memorial is a pedestal tomb located about 20 yards north-east of the Sandys Mausoleum, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed from sandstone ashlar and features a cube shape on a stepped base. The tomb has projecting chamfered corner piers that support a heavily moulded cornice and a low pyramidal capping. The east inscription panel commemorates Anne Watkins, who died in 1844.
