BADSEY CP MILL LANE (north side) SP 04 SE Barn Cottages (formerly 7/18 listed as Silk Mill 30.7.59 Cottages)

GV II

Two houses. C17, restored late C20. Timber-frame with rendered infill on stone plinth; gable end to west of coursed stone rubble. Machine tile roof. Four framed bays aligned east/west, stack to north (rear) wall, the west gable end of stone. One storey with attic lit by three gabled dormers, that to right framed; ground floor has six 2-light C20 casements; pair of entrances to left of centre, each with a C20 panelled door. Left-hand gable has stone mullioned windows. Framing: three square panels high, right-hand gable has two struts to collar.
