Description
Nos. 23 (Pool House) and 25 are a house that has been divided into two residences, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. The building is finished in stucco, likely over brick, and features plaster detailing. It has a slate roof with gable-end stacks. The structure is two storeys high and has four windows; the outer two are shallow two-storey bow windows, while the inner pair consists of 16-pane boxed sashes set beneath plaster wedge lintels. The entrance to No. 25, located to the right of centre, features a shallow moulded canopy supported by consoles, with a four-panelled door set within a glazed surround. The entrance to No. 23 is located at the left-hand corner and is accessed through a small mid-20th century extension.
