Description

The former cottage wing at the rear of Number 22 is a building likely dating from the early to mid-17th century. It has been altered over time, with further changes and repairs made in 1973. The structure features square-panelled timber-framing with sections that are part-painted and part-rendered brick nogging. It has a plain tile roof with a full dormer.

The building is a single storey with an attic, and the upper floor jetties out, sitting lower than the first floor of the adjacent house's rear wing. On the ground floor, there are two replacement 6/6-pane casements set within frame divisions, along with a further rear extension. The interior has not been inspected.
