Description
This building, located at 26-30 Sidbury, is a house that has been converted into an office and shop. It dates from the mid-18th century and has undergone later alterations, including some around the 1980s. The exterior features stucco over brick with a hipped slate roof on the left side.
The structure is three storeys tall and has three first-floor windows. The first floor includes two 2/2 horned sash windows set in plain reveals with sills. The second floor has three 3/3 sash windows in near-flush frames, also with sills. An eaves band runs along the top. The ground floor has two renewed shop fronts with glazed entrances.
On the left side of the building, the first floor has two 2/2 sash windows in plain reveals, while the second floor features two 4/4 sash windows in near-flush frames. The interior has not been inspected. This building is part of a group with Nos 2-16 Edgar Street. Note that No. 26 is a new listing.
