House, now office and shop. Mid C18 with later alterations including those c1980s. Stucco over brick with slate roof, hipped at left. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor has 2/2 horned sashes in plain reveals and with sills. Second floor has 3/3 sashes in near-flush frames and with sills. Eaves band. Ground floor has 2 renewed shop fronts with glazed entrances. Left return: first floor has 2/2 sashes in plain reveals; second floor has 4/4 sashes in near-flush frames. INTERIOR: not inspected. Nos 26-34 (even) Sidbury (qqv) form a group with Nos 2-16 (consecutive) Edgar Street (qqv). NOTE: No.26 is a new listing.
