Description
58 and 60 Bath Road are a pair of houses built around 1830 to 1850, with some later alterations. They are constructed of reddish brown brick in Flemish bond and feature stuccoed arches above the windows. The houses have a hipped slate roof and a tall party wall brick stack with oversailing courses and pots. The buildings stand three storeys high and have two first floor windows. The original windows include 6/6 and 3/3 sashes, all set in plain reveals with flat, channelled arches. The entrances consist of 4-panelled doors with overlights, surrounded by tooled architraves and topped with hoods supported by corbels. The returns of the houses have similar window designs. The interiors have not been inspected.
