Description
This barn, located about 10 metres east of The Old Parsonage, dates back to the 16th century and has undergone some alterations in the late 20th century. It features a timber-frame construction with weatherboarding and a pantile roof. The barn consists of three framed bays that are aligned north to south, and it has a contemporary lean-to on the south gable. The two northern bays now serve as a garage. The lean-to includes a 17th-century boarded door with strap hinges. The barn has a clasped purlin roof with undiminished principals, and the lean-to displays exposed framing with brick infill.
