Description

This is a mid-19th century brick wall located about 10 yards west of The Old House on the east side of High Street in Feckenham. The wall is approximately 25 yards long and varies in height from about 5½ feet to 2½ feet. It features octagonal piers at each end, which are topped with sandstone capping and ball finials. Between these end piers, the wall runs about five yards to smaller square piers with bullnosed corners, where the wall is only 2½ feet high. This wall separates the entrance front of The Old House from the street and is an important part of the street's appearance. It is included for its group value.
