(Formerly listed as Outbuildings 4 yards west of Clay Green Farmhouse)

Outbuilding, probably former cartshed or cowhouse with hayloft above. Circa 1700. Timber-framed with part brick, part wattle-and-daub infill, tiled roof. Two bay plan. Single storey and attic. Main elevation has a ground floor casement and a planked double and single door; hayloft has two doors within panels. Left end gable has attic door set within panel. C20 outshut to rear.

Interior: roof frame has three collar trusses, the central truss with brick infill to form partition.
