Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and brick infill, topped with a tiled roof. The building consists of two structural bays and is a single storey with an attic. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows, and there is one raking top dormer with a casement window. An attic light is located in the south gable end. The cottage features a central 20th-century door and has a large external chimney on the north gable end, which has a rubble base and incorporates a bread oven, along with a brick stack that has tiled offsets.
