Description

Newhouse Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse built of brick and topped with a tiled roof. It has a three-bay plan and stands two storeys high with an attic. The ground floor features two bay windows with glazing bar sashes, while the first floor has three sash windows. Above the central bay, there is a small segmental pediment that contains a lunette. The central doorcase is adorned with a moulded surround, an open pediment, a barred segmental fanlight, and a six-panelled door. To the left gable end, there is a single-storey brick extension that also has a tiled roof.
